About Paul Hourigan.
In 2005 he met his then Managing Director who offered him employment with his security company. Over 5 years Paul worked hard and was promoted through the company to Operations Manager where he looked after a wide and diverse client base from local councils to Network Rail projects, he has also managed clients such as SKANSKA BALFOUR BEATTY ( junction29 M25 road widening project and the Hatfield Tunnel improvement works) , Paul believes that keeping things simple will gain better results for his company and his clients and always makes sure his officers understand fully their duties for the individual locations. His officers are shown and told of their duties and makes sure they understand fully what is expected of them. Any enquiries will be dealt with personally by Paul to ensure that both his client and PV SECURITY SERVICES understand the parameters of work to be undertaken. |
The Managing Director of the company is Paul Hourigan, he has extensive knowledge of the security industry and understands fully that every client and location are different and they each require personal management, what may be satisfactory for one location will not be satisfactory for another, we don’t aim to be satisfactory we aim to be excellent at everything we do. Our company motto is “ TO THE LIMIT AND BEYOND” 
Paul joined the Royal Navy from leaving school in 1979 were he served as a Weapons Engineer on board HMS Bulwark, Liverpool and Glasgow. Upon leaving the navy in 1988 he pursued a career in sales. He moved to London in 2001 to work in construction at Canary Wharf, he decided then to remain in London to work and live.
THE THAMES LINK RAIL PROJECT, LAING O’ROURKE ( One Hyde Park), The Metropolitan Housing Trust and locations for Waltham Forest Council…..as you can see he managed a wide and diverse client base.
